    Hotel is located in remote area & out of city. Many cockroch in room. And food variety also not available

Our team takes complaints of this nature very seriously and brought to senior management’s attention. We understand your frustrations have been caused by our housekeeping service standard that is not what you expected from us and we will immediately begin work on correcting this. Regarding the condition of the room, our maintenance and housekeeping team works daily to keep the rooms in good condition, and we are really sorry to know that your was not up to the standard. The issue you have raised has never happened before and we take it very seriously to implement necessary corrective measures as to future fumigate the room for pest control.
