We were two families and stayed at the hotel for one day. They gave us rooms on different floors despite having a single booking. Both rooms were totally different, but they charged the same amount.They had 3 rooms available at that time, but they said those rooms were booked for other customers. The bathroom of one room was not clean, and the curtain fell down after 2 hours. The food was the same as at home, but the service was so slow. They don't have the proper staff to accommodate guests in peak season. There were two parking spaces available, but there was plenty of space outside where you could park at your own risk. The hotel is approximately 3–4 km away from Mall Road, and it will take around 90 minutes to reach Mall Road during peak season.

must stay. if you have your own vehicle, this must be in your list. very polite and cooperative staff. even we forget our belongings in hotel, staff had called us and also arrange to come in to common point to give us our belonging. overall it was very nice stay. food was also tasty. and hotel is same as shown in pictures. hotel is good for couples, family and friends.

Hotel is approx 2 kms from Gandhi Chowk that is the beginning of the Mall road. So, location wise not at all recommended. Room and washroom was cleaned except the floor that was provided to me. Wifi and TV doesn't works at all. During this peak time hotel charges are 2x and 3x. Tips from me: Stay in a hotel near to Mall road.

The hotel was not good, the bed have two single mattress, which makes couple to sleep uncomfortable, water and light issue, handwash and bathing material was not good looks like expired, bad smell and not cleaned. i just gave 2 star for the location. Mattress and the staff service

Amazing experience, Rooms were good.. ample space if you are taking your kids... Nice behaviour from the Staff. Very tasteful food as well. Bit away from mall road but totally worth it. Overall a great experience.

It was my first trip with my friend and it can not be expressed in words. The weather and the view and the location of the hotel makes it Soo Damm experience. I loved it and for sure going back there someday❤

Its away from hustle bustle of the main city and mall road. Silent , peacefull environmental surroundings. The staff is polite, food preparation is good, owner is co-operative. Overall a nice stay.
