I had three stays in this hotel My wife had exams in Gitanjali University. I reached by Train in this hotel at 8:30am. But manager behaviour is not supportive.. I requested the manager to check in.. But the manager started demanding Rs 500...for 2 hour... nothing polite nd supportive behaviour... I ordered a plate of upma from this hotel restaurant and it took an hour for the order to arrive..Slow service... Nd rooms are clean but bed nd bedsheet nd blanket are dirty...nd no housekeeping facility.. available.. Normal water not available...I have to go to the kitchen to get water..

lovely hotel nice looking, near geetanjali hospital, Staff was supportive, friendly and helpful, Cleanliness and we'll maintained rooms..Everything was nice, Highly recommendable hotel. Thank you Hotel Lakhaan .
