Everything about this place "screamed" serenity. I needed a short break and this place turned out to be perfect place to rewind. The whole house was very well maintained and clean and staff were courteous. Wi-Fi is available for free. The minimal decoration yet perfectly picked artifacts added more at-home feeling to this property. As this is a bed and breakfast place, I had to manage my dinner elsewhere. I'd already mapped Portland Steakhouse on the map which is at a very short walkable distance from Laika. Must check that out too if you are staying here. Breakfast was a mix of continental and south-Indian and everything tasted very good. I'd a hearty breakfast before my final departure. Highly recommended!

This hotel was good with the basic aminities and cleanliness, but the other things that worry u are location and no room service in the hotel. The worst thing was the experience with the Manager/Supervisor who was a lady by name Padma (don't remember the name), whom we requested to extend checkout by 1 hour which she didn't and said there were other checkins. We checked at 12:00 and waited in the reception but there was no checkin till 2:00. Is this the kind of hospitality or service you give to your customers, please have the basic courtesy to do well in the service industry. I would given 3 Star rating but for this lady am going with 2 stars.

The place is in d middle of the city yet separated from the noise of the city. It is a very pleasant place with friendly and helpful management. There is no restaurant attached to the boutique though a simple breakfast served and is good. One major con is that they emphasise on not eating in ur own room.. Even thou they do have a dining area in the common shared place on each floor eating in ur own room would be more comfortable. Overall a good place to stay till the time u get a good price for the same. It is definitely recommended for long stays thou as it is very homely.

I stayed there for two nights and loved it..comfy bed, delicious breakfast, staff was great.not forget to mention Decoration in this place, Laika desrves stars as she really dedicated to her work .. Place was really clean , airy..location is great as it really close to mg road its easily reachable to pubs, market ,malls etc.. I will definitely stay there next time , this place has everything u can ask for....

Our stay at Laika Boutique Stay was wonderful to say the least. Conveniently located close to MG Road, this is a charming and cozy Home-stay with spacious rooms and extremely hospitable owners and staff. Right from recommendations about the best places to visit close by to serving us a scrumptious breakfast everyday, they went out of their way to make our visit very memorable. I'd recommend this one to all!

There wasn't nay problem that i faced in this hotel everything was fine. The only limitation to this hotel is that its located a little in side, and not on a main road. Rest everything was good specially the owner was a good person, and staff also was very cooperative.

i stayed for 1 days. Check in and check out was fast and fine. room was clean n neat. breakfast was good. only 1 problem don't have restaurant in hotel and nearby. you need to take auto to reach nearby restaurant.

Nice quiet place. Tucked away in a corner of MG Road. The staff is very helpful. Owners are nice and helpful people. Its more of a home stay than a hotel. The name can be misleading.
