Below average staying, good restaurant We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and while the location is good —right beside Swaroop Sagar Lake and close to Lake Pichola and Fatehsagar—the overall experience was not that good. Positives: The hotel is in a good location with stunning views of the lakes. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and the food quality is quite good. Parking is available, which is always a plus in this area. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, particularly in the restaurant. Room for Improvement: Unfortunately, this is not a great place for staying. The rooms were disappointing. We had booked two Cozy Retreat Rooms, and one was ok, but the other was in terrible condition. The second room had damp walls, a broken bed, no hangers in the bathroom, and non-functional open wired light points. It was clear that maintenance was an issue. also the rooms are too small. There were also no water bottles or electric kettles in the room, which has become a standard expectation in hotels these days. Conclusion: If you're primarily visiting for the restaurant and the location, this hotel might work well. However, if you're looking for a comfortable stay with reliable amenities, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The rooms and service need significant improvement to match the overall appeal of the location and restaurant. Not good for staying Good Restaurant and food Polite staffs
