This property is probably the worst that I have checked into. I faced the following issues:1. Room not ready at 3: 15 pm when I reached although check-in was at 12:00 pm.2. Booked a river view room which was given to me but the AC was faulty. The management did not bother to check the issue even after multiple calls.3. Ordered lunch but even after 45 minutes no food was served. I had to drive outside to have lunch.4. They have a prefixed menu which wasn't mentioned during booking. The menu card is just for show.5. As the AC unit of the room was not working , I wanted to shift to a different room of the same category which they could not provide. 6. I booked river view room for around Rs. but the management offered me a downgraded pool view room at Rs 7. After a prolonged verbal argument they said prices cannot be matched with offline ones.8. When I demanded a partial refund as I wanted to check out , they said it was not possible and against their policies.9. The rooms are unhygienic for kids as there is no pest control which is evident once you check-in.10. Moreover the guests are preferred to carry their own luggage as they are under- staffed and do not entertain any calls.

The hotel is in a big property. The area is huge and on the river bank. The view from the hotel balcony is breathtakingly beautiful. I recommend everyone to visit. The only thing they need to fix is the quality is the aircon. The Aircon was running but if you open the door for 5mins it would get warm. The Aircon did not had enough power to effectively cool the room. As the weather was mellow it did not create any problem but on hotter days it will be an issue. Also, the pillow needs to be good. Very uncomfortable. For a family there are places to sit just beside the riverbank and a small playground for children and lots of greenery.

The hotel is situated just beside the Rupnarayan river. That's the reason it is having a breathtaking view from the riverview rooms. The total area is huge and has ample space for various kinds of activities. The whole building is yet to be completed though. The pool is very nice and big also. The staff are good and courteous. Though all the foods mentioned in the menu are not available. Also the water and soft drinks prices are too high. They charged almost double which is not ok. As there are no nearby shops option is also not present Overall the place is good for a weekend getaway.

Toilet is very small in size and water get stuck in the toilet. 80% of food from the menu card is not available. 1l, 2l water bottle was not available. Only 500ml bottles were available. Hotel missed to deliver my dinner order after giving the order at 9.30pm. At 11 when I followed up they told they missed my order and then provided different food which was not in my order, giving the excuse that kitchen is getting closed.

Amenities of washroom needs to be improved, tap was found in broken condition, hot water was not readily available, no separate provision of geysor in rooms. Mattress is provided to accommodate 3rd guest in a room where as similar properties are providing extra cot at the same price. Service and food was satisfactory. Cannot recommend for elderly guests, but for young generation guest it is ok.

The room that we were allotted didn’t have chairs but those were present in other rooms. The food quality is worst , breakfast buffet is very unorganised and quality is low. A place like this needs to serve good quality food. People at the reception were list bothered to take feedback. It’s a decent hotel with room for much improvement…The TV and internet was not working as well…

the rooms were clean and quiet good but food was horrendous. i order a pomfret masala and the fish was not only stiff but having punjent smell. moreover whatever you ask those were not available and if available cannot be serviced in adjacent park which is within the property. food pricings are way to high and even the taste is not commensurating the price.

Approach road is under construction. Restaurant timings to be increased. More options should be there in breakfast menu Room service needs improvement. Ambience is good Reception staff is very nice Bill settlement is fast Cloak room should be available cleaning of rooms need improvement.

service is quick. but food availability is too less. wash basin was damaged water doesn't passes through and at night they repaired it after complaining so many times. still under construction so too much dust is there and food was served without covering. so so.. not good.

Food was overpriced, and the taste was not that good. Mutton was half cooked. giving free upgradation although they have rooms available but didn't do..We have to change rooms twice.. due to the water logging in the bathroom.

Overall stay was good. Clean premises with an excellent swimming pool. Some recommendations are:- 1. Valet service can be introduced since parking is a bit away 2. Indoor games like Carrom, Table tennis can be introduced

Overall it's a good experience. Still construction works are going on. Nice and Peaceful place to enjoy weekend. Sunset view is owesom from the lawn. Suggest to take river view room instead of pool view in upper floor.
