We were very hopeful about this place. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience and place ever!The staff is good, but the manager (a lady) is so rude. She will only talk rubbish at your face. She thinks of herself as a warden more than a manager. You literally can't do anything you would wish to on a vacation. For everything, ask for her permission.If you want first aid, you can only reach out to the management if the lady is awake, otherwise you must die!Totally ruined our experience. She mentioned everything in amenities, but you won't find basic things like milk sachets in the room, you ask for it, and you'd find it in your bill.This resort is super far from the city (9kms). There are much better and cheaper hotels/resorts in the city itself. You ask her for a taxi to city and she'll give you a random number she knows.Be on your own risk if you choose to book this rubbish place.

we had the quintessential ladakhi experience at le mentok wellness resort. the manager mr raju lama was very warm and hospitable . we will cherish the memories and be back for sure
