Special thanks to Manisha & bhagwati they made our stay more special by upgrading our room to suite room😃 what a mind blowing view this resort has😍 very close to mall road and food was also very awsome and main thing all the staff was very cooperative and upto to the mark🫶🏻 we enjoyed a lot.One of the finest property of mussoorie at this price Beautiful homely stay with mind blowing views and 5 star quality rooms,,best property in mussoorie

2/5Location is approx 800-1 km away from mall road barrier , no pick up drop facility from hotel side, all other branded star category hotels r providing free pick up and drop facility for mall road, 20% discount shown on food and beverages but not informed to hotel also, when we talk and show to hotel management they clearly refused,car parking available at hotel but they mentioned a board there that parking at owner risk, if guest vehicle r not safe in hotel parking then what will be purpose of booking rooms in such kind of star category hotels . Some kind of device blinking green light in AC vent all the time which disturb guest while put off all lights of room

5/5super amazing food and team at lemon tree. the only constructive feedback is on their ac system which kept playing up and was too hot in the rooms. even the hot water was not consistent.
3/5Not at all value for money no toiletries available charges extra even for dental kit poor quality products available no wifi in hotel in 2022 no one can use mobile no signal strength available at the property, bad smell in whole hotel, bathroom towels in torn condition, won't recommend anyone whole trip got spoiled.

It was really a great hotel...Services a 4 Star Property. 1)They are having their own parking. 2)Staff is really cooperative.They have upgraded my room to tge upper category by just having a word once. 3)Just 1 km from the famous old Mall Road,which is having a crowd like hell for Crowd Lovers. 4)For Nature Lovers,It is a heaven.You can see from pics also...One can have a valley view from his room only as well as Open air dining and having tea looking at a valley is awesome. 5)FOOD-Food is really awesome and reasonable also... 6)Rooms are really clean.All facilities like Electric Cattle,Hair Dryer,Iron (Press) available in the room..... .These all for just like Rs3000 in a Peak Season is awesome... Having 80 rooms in a Hotel... ... I have been there for 4 nights..from 23rd June till 27th June..

A place little away from the hustle bustle but well nestled with serene views and warm hospitality. The food is tasty and customised to order. The management makes earnest efforts so that customers don't have any complaints. The issues if any were settled to my satisfaction.
