We stayed here for 2 nights in Aug 2024, had a fulfilling time here. Hotel is located in lush green surroundings and the property itself serves a scenic view of the mountains and river flowing at the back. Hospitality is top notch, most courteous staff including the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff as well as the managers, felt like home! Before reaching I was apprehensive about the food but food was one of the highlights of our stay Mr. Sandeep the chef made amazing food and also customized the dishes for us. Lastly the manager Mr. Chaman made sure our stay was comfortable and we felt like home! Highly recommended!

Our stay at lemontree sonamarg can be termed as avg/below avg. Reasons 1. Approach road is extremely bad, it is so bad that it can damage your vehicle. 2. Food is extremely overpriced and quality is below average. We had a severe stomach infection after having just one meal, after that we avoided having any meals in the hotel. 3. Rooms are nice clean and kept at optimum temperature. We initially rejected few rooms because they had seepage. 4. Staff is good, helpful and polite. 5. Final verdict is that the hotel is way too overpriced as compared to the location, approach road and food.

I went with family and they thoroughly enjoyed stay at Lemontree, location was superb, surrounding snow capped mountains, near river, We stayed in deluxe suite room, Lemontree standard amenities were there, it was clean, well maintained quite, away from main road, nature view from windows, Food was ok, can be improved, overall stay was pleasant.

The hospitality was not good. The place was not at all peaceful even at night . Even during our dinner at 10 pm the construction work was going ok just beneath the dinner place and even after repeatedly telling the management they didn't stop it. It was a pathetic experience

i had a wonderful experience in lemon tree. everything was top notch whether it was services or staff behaviour. anyone who is thinking to stay in sonmarg must book this stay and you won’t regret it.

Not worth, charging much (highly priced ) for particular room category.. Ensure and check regularly whether they are able to fulfilling their promises to customers or not ???
