Hotel Liberty Plaza(Close to Phoenix Mall)

The staff was helpful in every possible way. You ask for anything and they will try there level best to fulfill your needs. Me and my **were both from Delhi so we did not had any problem while checking-in because both of our IDs were from Different state. The staff was so helpful that when my girlfriend's "Hair Straighter" stopped working at the hotel, staff took the matter in there own hand and told us that they will get it fixed from the local electrician in no time. HOW GREAT IS THAT!!! Try it in a 4-5 star hotel. The hotel is 550 meters away from Phoenix Marketcity. Auto, cabs are very easily available. I mostly used Uber which is available in 4-5 minutes after your booking. You can come in and out anytime after your check-in with no questions asked policy. The hotel is very friendly for anyone. It does not matter if you are Single, Couple (Married), Unmarried Couple (Different State) or Family. I can't mention one name that i would recommend but the whole staff was very helpful in very possible way. Internet is fast (Easily plays 1080p youtube videos), Food is great, Bed is comfy, Toilets are clean. 24/7 running Hot and Cold water. If you are a smoker, then yes you can smoke in rooms. Ask any questions if you like.

Awesome service with cleanliness, Good wifi connectivity, walking distance from Phoenix Mall for shopping, Zomato & Swiggy can be reach easily within mins as there is end number of restaurants around you, Any local ID they accept you just need to sound good at reception(for couples) ♡♡♡..... Just one thing that on every floor there staff room and staff sit whole day out of your house.. i mean its good but bad too... OVER ALL I ENJOYED 3 DAYS & Hopefully will be visiting again someday if i get a chance.... ☆☆☆☆☆>5stars

rooms r good, service staff is very cooperative..scope for improvement at reception counter who gives u feel like u r staying for free. Those who r going to stay here for UPSC exam ensure that u don't get room on ground floor(bit noisy). Good tea point exactly infront of Hotel. Location is very prominent 15min from KJ Somaiya college.

Room was too small and the washrooms are also too small you can't move as per your choice very difficult to take bath . I have given 5* rating because I am also a Hotelier , but they have to improve as per the room's the price is too high.
