recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service and hospitality special thanks to Ms. Sajela mam. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, with soft, luxurious linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail that the hotel staff Sajela sister showed. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was just right, from providing extra towels and toiletries to offering recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. But what really made this hotel stand out was the level of personalized service that I received. The staff always greeted me by name and took the time to get to know me and my preferences. She arranged boat house and recommended best places for lunch and dinner. Was excellent information. With its excellent service, top-notch hospitality, and attention to detail, it's definitely earned a 5-star rating in my book!

Stay was comfortable. Easily accessible on the main road. Bed, bedsheet and towels are very clean. Bathroom and Sanitary wares are too clear. A good place for those who is looking for a stay in Kumarakom. Vegetarian travellers, no vegetarian hotels in Kumarakom. you need to get parcel while coming or you need to travel to Kottayam 12 kms for vegetarian hotels.

It is just new room, but they are not maintaining well. No any amenities. You will get towel and bedding and nothing else.Even caretaker is not there all the time. No proper security. Lady at reception was very nice, polite and helpful. It was good.

It’s not a hotel. They don’t hv restaurant. Breakfast shown in package is outsourced from some local canteen. No menu to choose for breakfast. Price is too high compared to services,locality and amenities

The hotel rooms are really good. The receptionist was very friendly. This place is very near to Kumarakom bus stand. Also, the Kumarakom jetty is just 1.5 km away.
