Apart from location consider other ratings as below 1 and I mean it. Extremely poor worst service.There are not one but many problems 1. The stairs which take you to the hotel starts with a broken drainage concrete cover with a pipe attached to a tap all lying there you have to literally step over it to climb the stairs. 2. Sofa kept at reception had a bedsheet gives you impression of a lodge than a hotel. 2. The rooms were stinking with washroom smell badly really badly. They don't even tried spraying the room freshner. After notifying them a person came to spray but the smell didn't stop. I planned for 2 day but seeing the condition of hotel I cut it short to 1 day. I managed all trips anyhow. 3. There is no word of complimentary not even a water bottle. 4. They don't even have in-house restaurant which they boasted in the description There is a restaurant at the basement in the same 2 storey building. Food was rated high with extreme use of chilly. Quality of food and the plates was extremely poor looked like we ordered from a roadside vendor. 5. When I entered the washroom everything starting from taps to bucket and mug was extremely dirty. The latch of the bathroom was so tight that I locked myself after trying multiple times it opened finally with heavy push. One of our 2 rooms have the washbasin tap malfunctioning. The door mat kept at that room was also dirty. 6. Room was extremely small in size with only single door cabinet. Can you imagine generally a hotel has double door cabinets. 7. Walls were so dirty and the area near AC was also very much dirty. Pillows were having used covers and some of them torn out. 8. Towel supplied to the other room was torn out. Please all those who are going to book please dont really don't do. Please check the photos I attached for proof.

ONLY PLUS POINT - The location. Very near to Taj. Other than that, I won't agree to point if this is value for money because of my experience. For confirming our booking *****.. we heard some English accent guy. First view of the place itself was disappointing. Room given did not have any proper window. The incident that highly disappointed me was when we asked for extra blanket. Receptionist (who was talking in fake english accent earlier started talking in local language) clearly stated that we can provide only one extra blanket but not two as they can not bring them from other rooms.By this time no other room was occupied but when heard at night,  Drinking water and even toiletries were given when asked. All other hotels adjusenct to this place were seems worth but this one. I highly DO NOT recommend this place .You would not be treated as it should be....

Very Very bad service. i am very shocked when i am entring the room. i am booked 3 rooms for 10 peoples but he give 3 small rooms with single doubled, now what can I say about how I would have managed. And to top it off, they don't even know how to provide room service to guests. And when we asked them what we would get for breakfast, they said it was not with the room, then we showed them our booking, you will be surprised to hear what they gave us, they only gave us 1 Aloo Paratha per person. Seeing all this, I have lost confidence in online booking. Firstly, it cost too much money and the service was very poor. I would like to tell all of you to think twice before booking, otherwise like me you may waste both your money and time. And the humiliation you will face in front of your family and friends is different.

it's such a horrible place. hotel staff is pathetic. they are big liars such stinky washrooms they have. no matter how many times u ask them to clean, they will still smel the same that you wl vomit . hotel staff is big fraud. first of all they offered me a room which they had kept for luggage. just imagine that then after a long fight they gave a suitable room bt stinky as usual, just pathetic then, after checkout I kept my luggage in luggage room, then their next drama started they started asking for money for keeping luggage*
