ac is not working and hotel staff is not friendly i have booked suit room and they have give a room which is not that big and they say that is the only room big enough and it is suit room and the room does not have a water bottle and air condition is not working

The only plus point is reception staff and service. At first they gave room to the first floor but the cockroach was in the room.after that they shifted in another room which was ok.but not maintained. The room is big but not maintained

Room was ok but washroom was not..water leakage problem there...drinking water was chargeable there is no complementary water bottle in room this is the first hotel i have ever seen...total experience was bad...
