i always people at lord's very helpful a few days back i reached the hotel at 1.30 at night.the front desk executive was very supportive when my booking from the aggregator was not confirmed at the hotel. he took the pain and gave me the room asap. the rooms are very good. all kudos to lord's staff for maintaining it that well

Lords Inn & Lords Plaza hotels are quite good & this one was no different. Location, ambience, service, food, room were pretty good. Food quality was very nice but I wish the variety was better. Non-veg food is not served, only egg (poach, omlette etc) is served on order.
