the staff is very helpful and are going an extra mile to also provide space for storing your luggage after you check out. I even left my laptop at the reception. the rooms are decent and will do the job well if you're in tirupati for darshan. overall, I recommend to stay at this place.

rooms are OK. in bathroom tap and closet was leaking. food was too costly. a coffee, and 2 tea costs rs.95. asked for bathroom mat many times as it's slippery but it was not provided till departure. but other requests were fulfilled. overall it's a ok experience

Bad Bedshit covers, bad pillows covers, t v remote is not working, bath tap not is sound position, shower not working, restaurant is not available, comod is also not flash,In photo room was good but actually very bad

It was a very good stay at Lotus Grand. Rooms are clean. Staff is polite. No one bothers you much. Feels safe and also there's a very good restaurant below. I would definitely recommend booking here.

hotel room was full of cockroachs. dirty bathroom. stained bedsheets. no toiletries. complimentary water was refilled in a used bottle. only 1 electric point was working. quiet unpleasant experience.

The staff was so rude with no sense of talking they didn't gave us blanket for the 3rd occupancy though they charged for extra bed. The room were so dirty. Never ever stay here

Good and decent hotel with running hot water...but bathroom was not so clean and the receptionist took more time to do check in. Overall stay is ok for all kind of travelers.
