Accomodation: 5/5 Rooms are spacious with adequate facilities. One thing which we liked is the provision for solar as well as geyser hot water in the bathroom. Food: 4.5/5 Limited Menu but food quality is good. Everything is made on fresh to order basis. Prices are a little on higher side and quantity is decent but quality is good. Customer Service: 3/5. Their Manager is highly cooperative and well trained but other local staff is average. Don't expect 5 star hospitality here. Location : 5/5 Is perfect. Very close to the Diveagar beach. The property is well maintained. lush plants with beautiful flowers and greenery is everywhere. Overall Rating:4.5/5 - Worth a one time visit with family. Safe secured place, very close to the beach.

Overall okay experience. Pros - Nice location and surroundings. Rooms size is okay. Mostly neat and clean. Spacious washroom. Very near to beach, hardly 5-10 min walking distance. Food prices are reasonable. Cons - very costly. There are spider webs and ants at many places in the room, so be careful and ask the resort guys to get it cleaned. They charge extra if you ask for any service in room like providing foods in the rooms and providing foods at garden location. Food taste is okay okay. Limited parking space. On weekends if all the rooms are occupied then parking is a headache. If you park your car behind any car then be ready to remove it if the front car is going out. Washbasin is very small so only usable for hand wash

It's a nice property, close enough to the beach and has a good vibe. However, the service was underwhelming. Not sure if they were understaffed or if they overbooked, but the food service was extremely slow and not enough seats were available in the dining area. The food was being served for a limited window so everyone was forced to arrive all at once and that made things worse. One of the room's fan was rattling and their response was pretty much "Deal with it".

Lotus holiday resort was a wonderful experience for. This was our first visit to Diveagar and we'll make sure that we visit the resort again. The resort is near to the Diveagar beach. It's a very well known and reputed resort in that area. Food is awesome and staff are very polite. The owner Mr. Ganesh is an absolute gem of a person and takes care of all his guest very well. Overall I would recommend this resort to my family and friends whoever visits Diveagar.

Service is very very slow.. Wi-Fi not working and mobile network is weak there so wi-fi is must.. No intercom in rooms. U need to come to reception for everything u need there. charges are higher for the service they provided.. Only thing I like is the taste of food but it is also overcharge..

It was great stay at Lotus Holiday resort. The rooms offered as cottage were awesome. They welcomed us with kokan sarabat as welcome drink. Food provided in the restaurant was also good. They offer variety of menu for breakfast. The parking space is also good

This resort was good and they have good in-house restaurant with great taste. Beach is just 7 mins away (by walk). Staff is polite and supportive. I would recommend this resort for families
