The staff was good and were helpful in resolving most issues. The biggest problem though was that there were bed bugs. The complimentary continental breakfast was only two pieces of buytered toast or bread with tea or coffee. The room wasn't clean, including stained bedsheet and blanket cover, torn towel and hair strands along the bedside. The location was also bad as all roads close to the hotel were water logged, making it really difficult to walk by foot to nearby places.

Nice, Clean, Sparkling newly built hotel with good rooms and bathrooms. All bathroom fittings & accessories, room's electrical appliances & furnitures, hotel's common area utilities are new. Hotel is located in a nice posh locality with many hospitals nearby and is close to the Vadodara railway station.

There is a bit of room for improvement in terms of AC. Apart from that, stay was awesome. Quiet place and helpful people. Food was awesome.
