Arrived at Lucky Hotel Bandra at 6am, though I had a confirmed booking for 1pm. But I was given a room on pro rata basies with out any hassles and was shown to my room within 20 minutes. The Hotel being situated in a busy junction with lot of traffic noise, I requested the reception staff to shift me from the 2 nd floor to a higher floor which they changed they did so in no time. I find this as one of the best most friendlest hotel I have stayed in mumbai. All the receptionist (Mr.Faizan)and the the staffs were very cooperative and helpful and going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Overall I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. I will surely stay again on my next visit. I would also thank Goibibo for all their arrangements.

Biggest positive point for Hotel Lucky Bandra is like it's just 3 to 4 min walk from Bandra station. Also room is clean, neat and main thing supportive hotel staff. They are cooperative and supportive and guide us with way and directions. Good to stay. it's also okay for family and friends or solo travellers to stay bcoz of it location . All well just had a concern with their no guest in room policy. As for business travel which is required meeting and meet ups. so if this policy is looked after then it's like good benchmark with hotel. otherwise it's good in all aspects like supportive staff, good location and near by main station and transportation

as I am also from hotel industry firstly coming on owners I really want to appreciate mr lucky and Ali for maintaining so goodly and now coming on staff diss property has one of the best staffs I have ever seen mostly MR FAIZAN(Receptionist) and Mr ram(bell boy) is very helpful so if you are thinking of going to Bombay just don't think about any property just go to lucky

LUCKY HOTEL IS IN A VERY PRIME LOCATION , EVERYTHING AT A WALKING DISTANCE . THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT WAS MINDBLOWING , IT'S A 3 STAR PROPERTY ACCORDING TO MUMBAI AS IT'S AN EXPENSIVE CITY . THE ROOM REQUIRES SLIGHT MAINTAINANCE LIKE PAINT ,ELSE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT !!!!! STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND CO OPERATIVE !!

Overall it was a pleasing experience.. This was a leisure trip with my family.. We enjoyed all meals served.. Good place to stay taking all below things in to consideration - shopping, transportation, food and of course spending evening time at Banstand..

The Hotel was at best possible place for me. Closer to both Lilavati Hospital and Bandra Railway Station. The room was properly set. Good quality sheets. Very courteous staff. They even allowed me a late check-out. Overall excellent experience

Hotel lucky bandra is excellent hotel to stay when you are in mumbai for work. Heart of the city, railway station is nearby as well as bus depot. Above all food is mouthwatering. Specially mutton kheema. Very happy to stayed here.
