Recently I stayed in this hotel with my family. The staffs are very polite, attentive and helpful. I was told that the property was shut for a few years and now taken over by new management recently and the same is being renovated.Pros:1. Food is good. We had two breakfasts and the buffet spread as well as food taste was quite good. My family enjoyed the food. 2. Hotel is clean, especially the lobby area and restaurant.3. Staffs are polite and attentiveCons:1. Room service / house keeping service is pathetic. It's quite bad.2. Insufficient towels and dental kits were provided. Despite calling multiple times and multiple reminders, we did not get towels. We had to manage with one towel for 3 guests in each room.3. Bathroom flush was not working. Despite complaining, the same was not corrected and after escalating the issue, we were shifted to a new room. However, we lost a lot of time meanwhile.4. At restaurant, food refilling service is very slow.During our stay, very helpful. Infact, we left some valuables at hotel and went extra miles to keep the same under his safe custody and handed over to us intact.Overall a decent stay. I feel the staffs and management are good, only they need to pay much attention to the service and improve the quality of service immediately.
