Very bad experience. If you want start a day with bad mood just book it. Hotel's owner denied to give room to couples. He says "This is not couple friendly hotel". Behavior is very bad. I suggest, if you're for a couple friendly hotel! You can ignore this hotel.

room was at 4th floor where as stair was too upright that's why both the leg was not getting energy during getting. and also room tiles was slipy, overall not good experience as compare to price also...place was average not too much peddling it's near about ghat

room is not good and clean ,not recommended for old ege person as well. it is better to keep last option in your list when you are helpless with the staying option at banaras. not worthy at all to spend hard earn money. thank you.

Please clean the room before check in of every booking. Rooms are compact and stairs inclination are very steep, not suitable for old age.
