Hotel is just 5 mins walk from Kalyan railway station west gate. The room size is little small but it is optimally organised. The washroom and bed linen is neat and clean. There are ample utility placeslike medical shop , D mart, food joints within 100 meters. The owner is extremely helpful and I have gratitude for he arranging an ola cab in heavy rain. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Kalyan Neat and clean rooms, utility shops nearby

worst service..!!I booked deluxe room, wash room tap was broken, cupboard gates were broken,staff is not at all supportive and friendly not even escorted entire luggage to my room also breakfast complementry with the room is of very poor grade just 1 snack of 30 rs, this is what they call breakfast..!!! worst service, worst hotel and not worthy of this price at all.

M Residency Hotel cooperated very much. My parents (both senior citizens) stayed there. The manager Mr Shekhar Pujari was extremely supportive and is a very nice person. Hotel rooms were clean and staff was supportive as well. Very close to railway station as well. Highly recommended for staying in Kalyan.

Hotel is little costly. Manager is horrible. No bed tea. they should provide tea facilities in the room. No TV channel to see any things. it's only to spend time sleeping. it's in other words a OYO come with patner enjoy your....and go. . Got to improve a lot.
