hotel staff misbehaved on asking to serve 'sahi se siki hui roti dijiye' as they served kacchi roti. they didn't provide working television lcd. they didn't gave prior room no. they provided room number 402 based on their convenience on the fourth floor. their lift is malfunctioning. not all their reception staff are well trained in soft skills. hotel is far away from main city. they are not using separate geysers for different room. they didn't provide sofa and table in their so called suite room. there was no complementary breakfast or tea facility. overall it is not worth money. and not to use in future stays. according to my experience one person who was tall, slim with french beard who served us food in afternoon of 12th december had proper soft skills for hotel industry.

Confirm first before reporting to hotel. GOT BOOKED 15 DAYS EARLIER BUT GOT NORMAL DORMENTORY. NO FAN over our head , MOSQUITOS.
