Satisfied with the overall stay.Location is good.The premium room is spacious enough for two/three people. The view from the room is awesome.An in-house restaurant is available.Temple is 2kms away.Note: The only problem is Hot Water timings. Using hot water is a personal choice and it should be available 24x7. But this hotel have their own timings from morning 6am to 12pm, which is totally disgusting! We went for sight seen and came back at night, and we couldn't have the bath in cold water. Now imagine that disgust feeling when you travelled the whole day and can't have a refreshing bath at hotel!I would like to request the Hotel Management not to do such cheap activities for saving your money as the customers are paying you fair enough tarrif to get the services!The Room

We stayed at Hotel Mahadev Palace during the last week of December. It was a very nice experience. All the staff is very helpful, courteous, and extended their support as and when we needed. The rooms were big and were neat and clean. No complains what so ever. They have their in-house resturant and the quality of the food is also decent. nnThe hotel is located within walking distance from *Tower Chowk*. ATMs, resturants, shops are also available within close proximity.

Overall a nice stay. we booked 3 premium rooms for my family with one extra bed in one of the rooms. The location is good and walkable (almost 800 metres) through bazaar and market from Baidyanath mandir. Electric riskshaws are also available all the time. Food is excellent however the service is little slow(but acceptable). One thing that was missing is a electric kettle, which was little disappointing. Staff was proactive.

It was a pleasant stay at Mahadev Palace. Proper location, helpful staffs, very nice food though they take time to prepare it. Rooms and bathrooms are pretty good, 24hrs hot water supply and free wi fi is also there. parking space is available.

Overall coordination and services were very good . The housekeeping and room services were responsive and caring. Pro tip :Ask for Aquaguard water from the housekeeping deptt, it's mineral water and it's free!
