Dec 2021 check-in at 9 pm. Stayed in the best available suite room. Day1 Sr staff cooperative/available for a few min. Dinner served. After that no one to attend to guests. Intercom not working. No toiletries. Lift closed. No hot water. Tv not working. No pantry service. No drinking water. Continuously loud filthy languages, noise, disturbance, nasty group party. Overall worst experience. Day 2 some issues resolved after strong objection.

Rooms was not up to standard..the bed sheet ,duvet cover , pillow and pillow covers was dirty.. called managers to change the linen but not changed..no water bottle,no tea kettle,no slippers.. overall a very bad experience..👎👎

Horrible hotel no doubt. Breakfast was laughable. They only provided Four Puri and sabzi only in the name of included breakfast. Please avoid this hotel. Highly disappointed.

switch board not working, cockroaches in room , no television. intercom and internet not working. worst place to stay.
