Standard room booked by me was decent and clean, but small in area. Staff were good and courteous and provided good service. Location of hotel is on Haldwani- Nainital road which is very convenient. Parking is available outside hotel. Food is very expensive, but there are good restaurants nearby. Hotel needs to pay attention to maintenance of facilities.

Rooms are decent and very clean and hotel has good facilities including outside parking. Food is available in their in- house restaurant but is it a little expensive. Staff were helpful and courteous and provided good room service.
