We booked 4 bed room but got 3 bed cottage. Manager did not take any identity proof or information from me. The hotel was booked by one group of people from West Bengal. All hotel service, kitchen etc was always occupied by them. We were given no importance at all. We did not get any service except evening snacks. No tea in the morning, no breakfast, no hot water. On 31st Dec night there were party with extra loud music and uncontrolled fireworks. We requested manager and other folks not to throw fireworks near our room but no one bothered. I had my 5 years old and my 80 years old father. At one point we decided to leave at 1 AM. I was not feeling safe there. Never faced such pathetic situation before. Location is only good thing it has. Do not book this hotel with your family during holidays - may be at other time it is good. Behavior of staffs are ok. Book OTDC or other nearby place if possible. When we checked out no one was available at the front desk. Such a chaotic situation.
