Overall stay was great. No complaints whatsoever. We went as a family of 10 on 13th March 2022 and had booked Deluxe Rooms. I went by previous reviews and i can clarify a few things/ updates based on my current experience: 1. Rooms were neat and clean, bathrooms especially were tidy with hot water as and when required (no yellow water as few people complained) 2. Yes wifi is bad and minimal network coverage but when you are on vacation you don't need wifi or network. So we were happy. 3. Food might be disappointing, complimentary breakfast was okay, but wasn't bad either. Snacks were tasty though. 4. Yes, road leading to the property might be steep/bad but it is the same with any property on the hills. So no complaints. 5. Campfire was fun. If you have good company, enjoy it with fire, music and dance. We definitely had loads of fun. To summarise, property is good, facilities are good and you can have a good time with your family.

We stayed as family with kids in 2 deluxe rooms on Mar 2021. Rooms were spacious and clean with new furniture's. I think the resort is newly developed/renovated, hence the rooms had good furniture's and interiors. Bathroom was neat but our geyser was very slow in heating up water. Resort had a good kids play area where things were new and good walk area with lots of trees , campfire amphitheater setup. Complimentary breakfast had the usual South Indian and breadstuffs and was good. One issue was with their room service which was pretty slow and they tend to forget things, so we have to remind them again. They need to train them better and on Saturday night it was projected as having some movie stuff on big screen, barbeque which never happened. But they had campfire and BT speakers which was good. Hope they improve on their service which will make them the best in this price range.

Room service excellent and food awesome. inside hotel is kind of mini forest and strongly suggested stay in hotel and enjoy the view from room and climate as well. Regarding spa we have taken aroma spa, Akhi and Aparna they did great job , we have nice experience with spa. kids enjoyed in play area and also science park also very good time pass. Each and Everyone 8n hotel staff very humble, polite and care...👌 The utmost ambience, the security they provide us,their service towards the customer even though at the middle of the nyt,kids can njoy each and every moment over there,having a great evening campfire with party songs last but not least their most delicious food serving...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, particularly its inviting atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations with its quality and selection. While the WiFi connection was occasionally unstable and the bedding cleanliness needed attention, these minor issues didn't significantly impact our experience. A true highlight was the evening entertainment, where the staff put on an impressive fire show around the campfire – a memorable touch that made our stay special.

hotel is good, but the process of booking , created issues, after reaching they said kids below 9years only consider as kids and they asked for extra money, but I told I booked through Goibibo please check with them later they showed 2 to 3 rooms, which is not maintained and clean, later they gave me studio room otherwise rooms are good, campfire is good. restaurant food is good, but over priced, complement breakfast was good.

serene location of the hotel is the first attraction an the wide area which had next is the clean an spacious rooms and the good supportive mangers an boys helped lot..bornfire is very nice along with music.one thing to be improved is food quality an delivery time..remaining all outstanding

Rooms are spacious but not very cozy. Not that great. Location is not too far but still you get good feel of staying away from crowd. Kids amenities were good in oct 2022. Restaurant is bad. No options and very less staff. Again camp fire is just name sake. There was no fire but smoke..

It was a good experience overall. The place was located around 4 KM from the lake which was not too near or far. The place was isolated well to give enough calm and peace. It had a children's area and also good greenery all around.

Great location in the middle of greenery. Breakfast was good too. Arranged for cabs when needed. Service could have been better as they took an hour to send a water bottle to the room.
