Hotel Malbork Inn @ Rajouri Garden, Delhi

First of all NOT a family hotel. I reached hotel at 11.49 am, the lady at reception Manpreet asked me firstly for extra amount for early check in. I asked her will you give me receipt for this?She said no Sir we cannot give you receipt for  early check in. Anyways I said I will not pay and she also agreed to give me room from 12 pm. Also would like to highlight that firstly I landed in Hotel Malbore in Janakpuri. They also alloted me room at 10.45 Am without any extra charge. But it was a mistake as my booking was in Rajouri Garden.  Same hotel chain different policies.Now there were no sleepers, no shower Gel, no dental kit, no room service. I called room service 4-5 times but no one turned up, beds were making noise while sleeping (I was alone), size of bed was too small being my height 5"8 my legs were going out. Towels were smelling.Also be careful of the room you book, lady Manpreet is too smart and can allot you any room saying this is super deluxe.They have no dining area, quality of food was very poor. Someone mentioned in the review that Manpreet even stops you taking outside food into your room, which is true.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable. The rooms were well-appointed and provided a cozy environment for relaxation. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, which had a refreshing fragrance throughout, adding to the overall ambiance. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free, with the staff providing warm and welcoming service. Overall, I found the hotel to be a delightful place to stay. The amenities provided met all my needs, and the courteous staff ensured that my stay was enjoyable. Whether for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and convenient accommodation experience. This is a decent boutique hotel. With the exception that they do not change their Duvet Covers and Towels daily and instead reuse them (clearly visible). This is a hygeine problem and discourages me from booking this hotel again. They seem to change the bedsheets and the quality of the infrastructure and general premises cleanliness are pretty good. Staff is friendly and efficient. I opted for a Rooms only booking so have no comments on the quality or spread of their Breakfast.

Awesome Location on main road, Air Conditioning was the best ever, Cozy room and Beautiful interiors, Excellent toilets with JAGUAR fittings, Hot water 24 hours, Toilet paper and other toiletries provided, Good room service, Nice Breakfast. Helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights here. Definitely would be coming back. Highly Recommended for those looking to stay in Rajauri Garden.
