Initially when we checked-in they provided 2 rooms to us, one was absolutely fine but the other one had lot of issue in it like it was very dirty & smelly & the linens in it were dirty as well so we asked them to change it which they did but the problems didn't ended there. All the furniture in it were very old & even the AC was not working as well. We had to wait for about 2 hours in that condition for them to fix it but later after complaining they shifted us to another room & in that room as well AC was not working. Their staffs were very rude & even at 2 in the morning they were coming in our room just to show how their AC setting works. The overall stay of ours here was just pathetic.

Hotel location & rooms are good and sound value for money. Concern- 1. Hotel entrance is not clear no proper entrance it's through another restaurant. Had to search for 2. Surrounded by paid parking area, atleast the main entrance should be left open to highlight the hotel 3. Premises can be maintained clean not well cleansed especially the watter channel which is inside between the rooms. 4. Play area is untidy if maintained will be good. Apart from these Staff is supportive and responsive.

very bad experience. staff are very arrogant to talk to guests. rooms are stinking. you can't even see the sea from. it is just a name sea view rooms. amenities are just a name sake. the pool wasn't available in this hot sun. indoor game area is full of leakages or sewage water filled. overall, it is not value for money. instead of taking room there, you book a room a little away from sea shore and drive 5-10 minutes, which will be optimal.

as usual a very good experience overall. this is my second stay with paradise. the location of the property is the one i like most. plenty of food options are there in their three restaurants one can choose from. for me it's the best choice for a staycation.

Cottage is outside the main Paradise Hotel building by side of it. Both cottages and hotel looks old when we go inside. Not same as photos by the property, building is old furniture is old not that great. But staff are really good and food was also good.

Provision of food is there in the property and the property is also on the main road. There was mosquitoes in the room and the washroom was little bit stinking. Apart from these two issues all wee good and the staff also had a good behavior.

I stayed at the Maple cottage. The stay was comfortable. The service was good and had good response to any of our needa and requests. It is at a good location overlooking the Malpe Beach.

This resort and hotel is excellent location in Malpe. Closest to the Malpe beach has all the access to amenities, activities, site seeing both for group travelers or with families.

The cottage is very beautiful and well maintained and has a sea view, The staff is very responsible . The only problem is it has only one charging plugin in the entire cottage.

Malpe cottages are currently in renovation and they should not be open for booking and it's not worth, for the all the amenities we have move other building passing road
