I recently stayed at Manas resort udaipur and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, the service and facilities did not meet the expectations set by your website and advertisements. The swimming pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose your resort, was not operational. This was never mentioned at the time of booking or check-in. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional. Simple requests took a long time to be addressed, and in some cases, were ignored completely. Cleanliness and maintenance were also not up to standard, which added to the overall discomfort of our stay. It was a disappointing experience, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your services for future guests.

Awesome place to stay. Newly built property. All things are new. rates are normal. Best Resort in the locality. only lack of Signboard to reach the location.
