It is just a 15 min drive from Kottayam-Ernakulam state highway. Road condition is excellent all the way till the resort. We reached by the check-in time of 2 pm. Being a weekend, the attendance was huge for the day outing package. We had the guided walk around the agriculture theme park, starting with fish feeding. The variety if trees in the park is astonishing. The toddy shop, chayakada, pot making etc close by 5 pm. The day package visitors also leave by that time. The other facilities like pedal boat, basket boat, fishing, archery, cycling, go-carting and private pool can be used till 10 pm and is included in the room package.Restaurants are good and affordable. It is fantastic to see the development of a novice idea into reality and, providing employment to lot of people. A bit more marketing and publicity will help to reach out to more people. The staff is excellent, but needs bit more professional training as this grows to greater heights. Some more sign boards towards the major spots will be helpful. Keeping umbrella outside the rooms will also be a good idea. We opted for 3 kootukudumbam rooms. 2 of them were in the first floor. There is a common Hall, individual drawing rooms, attached bedrooms and balconies. The rooms are very spacious. Wifi and TV are available. The environment is superb with so many trees and surrounding paddy fields. It is an excellent place to relax for the entire family.

The food was not good at all, we found a piece of hair in the coconut chutney, the vegetarian restaurant was also closed! all the snacks counters are closed after 5 pm and even most of the activities are closed after 5pm!We have to face extreme power disturbance in the night which completely ruined our experience. Since we were on a vacation from Delhi we expected that our stay would be comfortable but the food and the electricity experience had completely ruined the experience. I will not recommend the place to my friends and family.

a marvelous place with a comfy stay, nature oriented eco friendly place with lots of view and activities, a must visit place, family tour and very friendly staff, one recomendation : during monsoon if they start to provide home service in cottages it would be excellent rather than going to the farm friendly restaurant inside the park each time in general a very good stay, enjoyed it.

An excellent facility in terms of variety of trees, cycling, pedal boating, swimming pool, local shop. It is also educative. But didnot enjoy the stay part of it. Non professional in reception, supply of towels and toiletries, wify (very hopeless) etc Food not at all good. Toilet was blocked, no water in the morning. Whom to contact etc are not clear.

The stay was very pleasant. Amenities were enjoyable, especially for kids. The food was nice as well at affordable rates. The payment method in different counters could be centralized for more convenience. Also, certain attractions like the watch tower were not properly marked and hence a but tricky to spot.

The hotel and area surrounding the hotel was very good the hotel amenities are also excellent but few more attention to details are required ,the staff are responsive and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was also very good, the food was fresh, tasty

Good ambience nice staff and many activities there... Swimming pool is awesome ...but the horrible one there is restaurant food ,they serve old fish and meat & no taste for any food . I prefer a restaurant in out side fries and grills in kaduthuruthy

Good experience, silent place, nature friendly, learn more knowledge about plants, its mostly used for kids.its an amazing experience. Pool good, i feel food is not up to the mark. All over stay and staffs behavior are good. Thank you

Room was excellent.. Washroom was neat and clean.. There are lot of activities there.. We enjoyed a lot. Although the staffs were cooperative and good, there was lack of coordination between them.. The breakfast was not so good.

Nature friendly park with well maintained ambience. Activities provided by the hotlier were excellent. Assistance provided throughout by staff also commendable. But not satisfied with the stay when compared to amount paid.

Location was easily reachable. All kind of food option were available including veg and non veg. Private and Common swimming pool was there. I didn't checked about free WiFi and Stay was good in terms of security.

Food we order in the night was spoiled one (duck roast), breakfast was almost ok.. over all the food we had from there was not up to the mark. The room is almost ok but not worth for the money.

The AC was not working and was leaking. Water was all over the floor. There was no one to take the phone in reception. Cockroach in the room.
