"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!", The hotel itself is shady and it's an apartment floor turned hotel, there is a lift to the apartment but you can't use it , no intercom so you need to call reception using your phone and that depends on that guys mood if he wishes to pickup, the key was secure with a wire tie so guest cannot remove the key and use electricity when they leave the room, hospitality, staff& owner, no food service, BAD PLACE .we were two friends, we had some work in Mangalore as it was done we thought to explore Udupi we travelled 450 kms on our bikes to reach this hotel as it was a last minute booking we were tired and drenched, so we found this hotel which was on our way back home our clothes and luggages were filled with water so we scattered it on the floor with fan ON as we wanted some food we asked the reception if we can leave the fan on as we explained our situation, he straight away said no he was shouting even if we let the rain coat out side this went on for the night and as we wanted to check out and so we did on our way back to parking the manager called us and started abusing verbally, as the bed was a little wet due to my helmet's foaming as i placed it on bed for 10 sec while holding my bag as it was a little heavy for all the wet clothes, the manager argued and shouted for an entire hour and was asking for additional days rent, as i tried not to waste my time and apologized think i shouldn't, he still abused my friend with very bad words, i didn't wanted to waste more time so i pulled my friend and left, it was an horrible experience

-No wifi - the restaurant only serves much of North Indian food . - I don't see receptionist whenever I try to locate them , neither is a landline in every room through which you can reach them. - expensive for the services provided, not worth. - one positive is that , the cleanliness is ok , but that should be expected as a norm in this price range .

Hotel is in remote area 7Km from uduppi. Restaurant was not available.TV/Dish was not working.Rooma are so small. Toilet is so so small, without any hangar, soap stand , Exhaust Fan not worked at all. Overall bad experience. for one night stay ok without family. Small room and toilet and not good for family.

Overall stay is good and people there are very supportive in terms of suggesting places to explore and easily reachable if we have any problems in the hotel room. Food is available, hotels are nearby only and hotel raj is where we had lunch and dinner, taste was good.
