Don't book ... 1 Thy don't hav hot water 24 hrs ... when asked abt it thy will just answer shuru kiya hain 10 min me ayega ... vo ata hi nahi.2 after chk inn there was no set top box in room ...after 3 call thy bought some set top box ... 3 toiletries were provided after so many calls 4 reception staff is too slow .. athis hotel taking charges of 4 star hotel but it's actually a lodge

The reception guy was very very rude .... booked suite room .... no complementary water was available ... no set top box available .... ac vent was open .... when asked for things missing rude receptionist gave answer" u have just booked basic suit room" .... horrible experience ... chked out in 4 hrs ... booked another room

The stay was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Washrooms were clean. Room service was decent. Staff behaviour was also good. And the best part was food at restaurant which was very delicious. Best cuisine in Burhanpur.
