I am from Delhi and have been coming to moradabad since the last 23 years. This is one of my best stays in Moradabad for the price I paid ( Rs for a single basic room including buffet breakfast). The room was good with all amenities but what impressed is the service they provide be it room service or housekeeping. The buffet spread was very good but what made it much better is the service you get at your table. I was served by Preity, Sneha, Vishal and Mr. Anil. They must be doing it everyday but still they do it so much passion. All of them had a smile on their faces and served with so much love. Hats off. Overall a great stay

it was very good stay. i reached early but reception staff without hesitation gave me room at 09:00. am it was perfect for me due to my long journey. i felt very happy. room was clean and staff was fully supportive. breakfast was in buffet and it was very good. i am giving 5/5 rating.
