It was a 2 room flat with living room with sofa and small dinning table with all plates & glasses were provided. Stay was very comfortable. It was very well maintained very hygienic. Excellent staffs & they were very helpful, service was really. Complete value for money however there was no extra dinning facility inside the property. Hot water facility was provided. Property is located within the Ooty town & it is accessible.

Excellent property to stay in with good staffs and services was up to the par.The hospitality and the accommodation was excellent. No complimentary breakfast no WiFi facility but value for money as per my experience. Location of this property was very good within the Ooty town.

Rooms were not clean. In a place like ooty hot water is more imporatant, the room has geyser but it takes almost 1 hr to get hot water,that too 3-4 liters..worst experience ever..I am surprised to see high ratings for this stay.

The property is very nice and at the same time rooms were very well maintained. Neat and clean property, washroom was hygienic.There was no food service in this cottage. Staff behavior was professional. Location was good.

Excellent hospitality, well maintained room and washroom was neat & clean as per my expectation. Staffs were very helpful, conveniently located in Ooty town. In terms of safety it is moderate.

Neat and clean room, they provided very good service , 1 km from Ooty bus stand, heater is available and it is good..Good one for families
