it was good.staff were friendly and it is very close to busstop so you can walk from the busstop to the hotel hence no extra travel expenses and other restaurants are also nearby.There are other shops also nearby.overall it was good but felt that price was on a higher side consideration the facilities available inside the hotel compared to other 3 star hotels

The hotel has a great ambience and professional staff. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The room was spacious, well lit and in perfect condition. The stay was so pleasant. Keep the good work going. I would just ask for a few extra plug points. Professional behaviour of all the staff and well maintained premises

Good ambience,near from City and walkable distance to all services. Staff was really supportive and smooth check in was allowded.Room was clean,spacious and well maintained.Bathroom was sanitised and clean. overall one of the best experience for Friends, Family and Couple On the way to a friend's marriage

awesome friendly staff And near to busstandwalking distance from kothanmgala bus stand and food from lakshmi hotel was nice chaya was also good .. hotel is not having electric kettle . they don't provide complementary break fast , but bed coffee is available

it was a nice stay but I checked in very late night and I checked out on 11.am, So Iam not able to comment about their service and other ameneties.Tha hotel room was good, again am thanking Go ibibo for their services and discounts they are giving.

Very good hotel. Neat and clean rooms. Suitable for family accomidation. Well arranged rooms and well manned staffs. In house restuarent and bar is there. we are appreciating staffs for their good service.

Horrible, the electricity was loosing every 10 minutes and when it switches to generator back and forth loud noise.couldn’t sleep at all. It was a rainy day and no hot water. Customer service is a BIG zero

Facilities for Three Star Hotel was less.Kettle was absent,shower was not working.Quality of Food was not to the standard also rates of food was high added to that Room service cost was extra

Typical kerala small town feel. Lush wooden furnished classical rooms. Ashore of a small stream in which you can spot fish, sometime. Nice food/ keral style, of course.
