Hotel Marwar Heritage

My only suggestion is to Hotel's manger or owner, since this property seems a new opened one as per internet so please maintain the quality of it. I didn't find any good facility in comparing of a 3 Star category hotel. We booked 2 rooms, one was okay but another one was bit dirty, hair on bed sheet, pillow covers and blanket cover, cushion was very old and was not good to use, furniture was old infact there was one drawer missing too, so it's hard to understand whether this is really a new property or older one...there are many other points also which need to take care by hotel's management to maintain the quality of a 3 star property. Do not take it as a complaint, take it as a suggestion for better improvements. Because People of Rajasthan are too good in terms of services and welcoming their guest. But these other things matter too to have a memorable experience.

द्वारा बुक किए गए ५० होटेल्स में से सबसे बेहतरीन होटल है होटल मारवाड़ इन । जैसलमेर रेलवे स्टेशन से मात्र ९०० मीटर की दूरी पर स्थित हवादार , साफ सुथरा , मनमोहक होटल मारवाड़ इन जैसलमेर किले और गोपा चौक से 3 km पर स्थित है । मारवाड़ इन में छोटा सा स्विमिंग पूल भी है जो काफी साफ सुथरा है। रेलवे स्टेशन के पास फैमिली के लिए सुरक्षित है ।

Not a good stay as room was not great not up to the mark as expected. There was no concern regarding staffs, also the washroom was dirty. Only thing which we liked that they arranged a facility for sight seeing specially the desert but they charged heavily. Location of the property was very good.

The location of the property is within the main city and on the main road. The best part is food is also available in the hotel. The staff's conduct is also professional at the same time.
