Old Hotel but good location right on the sea front almost all rooms have a sea view Clean Comfortable rooms and Bathrooms but a bit old so some basic issues but one can live with them. Owner was at the property and happened to meet him ... may be the reason for the good up-keep of the property. Hotel is away from the Noise of the city though the city is approx 1 Km (some areas 2 km) away. breakfast was a decent spread but a way too spicy for my taste was recommended the Fish in local curries for dinner by the owner himself but we had other' plans for dinner.... may be next time

Close to Railway station, hygienic and easy way to reach hotel, Check in process was very smooth and fast, They allowed us early check in by 5 AM in free of cost, food was good, rooms were spacious and neat & clean. Beach view rooms, garden, swimming pool, rooftop restaurant, spa and sea view points are superb and we'll maintained. Staff was very very cooperative and supportive. Recommend for all kind of travellers. Everything

Splendid Stay Rooms are well cleaned. all basic amenities were provided. The sea view from the hotel is just awesome. have multiple restaurants near a few tourist spots like light house sea walk baby beach etc. Con: The separate bed structure was an issue in the standard A/C room. Overall: A great place for stay. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Excellent resort to stay with family, view is mesmerising. Pool is awesome, food quality and staffs are good. Overall we had pleasant stay and had good time. I suggest choosing sea view rooms as we had excellent experience. Stay was safe, kids friendly, clean pool, quality food. 24hrs hot water. My wife and kids enjoyed. Must stay place for standard stay..

The location of the resort was excellent in having a sea view and a good parking facility. The room with a balcony opening to the sea was great. The room and bathroom are maintained well with hot water available. Restaurant service was fast and the food was good. The staff are professional and friendly.

Awesome location, wonderful property, courteous service. Had Arabian sea view from my balcony, while having dinner and also by the pool. Centrally located, safe and prime area abutting defence property. Got a good offer by Goibibo.

We really enjoyed the stay at Mascot beach resort, Kannur .The room was clean and tidy. Nice view of sea from the balcony. The food was tasty and delicious even though it's slightly expensive.
