Rooms were big and decent. Washroom was clean. They have small in house parking. Room service was prompt. We stayed at room no 106 and 105. Overall decent stay. We heard rats running above the false ceiling most of the night which was little disappointing as it disturbed our sleep. Also we found two small cockroach in the room. Need little maintenance.

Room, Staff and management is good. Good Hygiene maintain in room and all premise plz need to ensure room basic amenities in Cold like Heat Air, slipper etc kitchen is not available and need to work on it. location is typically congisted which is unavoidable for hotel but challenge for guest.

I didn't take photos. Mastana hotel lift and door locks were not working properly. And AC didn't cool properly and restaurant facilities was not available and overall staff owner behavior was not good and house keeping facilities was also very poor. Not good experience.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel. All was good in this hotel from hospitality to ambiance and services. In-house restaurant was there and the food was really nice. Hotel location was convenient as it is easy to locate but little far from ghats.

My overall stay was good. Staff behavior, hotel services, amenities were fine. The property was located in a very proper place. The linen and towel provided by the property were very old and the quality was also not good.

it's a nice property. well appointed rooms. polite staff. well connectivity to the nearby market. kashi vishw eshwar temple is just 1.5 km from the hotel. good place to stay with family.spacious rooms.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. There was no dining facility, in room dining facility. Location was not good, no public transport was there. There was complimentary breakfast.

washroom wasn't that good needs to be improved room and service was good. but bathroom was not that clean. washroom needs to b improved. the pond view from the view was the best thing.

An average hotel. Rooms are okk to stay but there are a lot of scope for maintanence. Very near to the Ghat and other religious places.
