I had booked this hotel. The staff were well behaved and supportive. I booked this hotel for 2+1(child). But when I entered the allotted room, I found the bed was not sufficient for three, as there was no separate bed for children. I asked for another room which has a separate bed for children and they arranged the room immediately. What I didn't like was the amenities like the bedsheets, towels and blankets cleanliness, washroom should have shampoo, soap, dental kit etc. were not as per the rate of hotel for one night. Rates were higher as compare to the amenities they have provided. And that is the reason I have rated it three star. It was nice and comfortable stay. Hotel staff were supportive and polite in nature. They have arranged all the basic stuff we require but on our demand as it was not there.

The room was good.. comfortable bed.. clean and hygienic.. didn't expect it there.. totally recommended for a nice stay in muzaffarpur.. location is perfect too. Lots of good restaurants around..

Hotel is near by Kalambagh Chowk,Rooms are Neat & Clean,Staff behaviour is also Good. Only issue Food is very costly,So u have to go outside for good Food at reasonable Rate
