extremely pleasant stay at the hotel. great to see a beautiful property such as this come up in bhagalpur and it is at par with any good 4 star property. food quality and portioning is good but for me it seemed to priced bit higher than normal few things that need to be introduced to ensure that facilities can be improved further since i was traveling with an elderly lady: 1) a ramp at the entry for physically challenged people and handicapped 2) handrails on both the sides of the entry staircase 3) one more guest elevator with greater capacity will add value 4) presence of an additional luggage rack in the room

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel Max Inn is located in the central part of Bhagalpur , not too far from the railway station. the best part is it is quite peaceful despite located in a busy area. The hotel is quite new, hence the rooms are new and modern. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and the food is quite good. The hotel staff is attentive and very cooperative. The room service and housekeeping is fairly fast. In short, this is a good hotel to stay.
