Maxxvalue Hotel MIDC

Hello, while this hotel offers good value and is one of the best in the city for its price, my 1-star review is because of an uncomfortable experience. After we were handed the keys and entered our room, a staff member followed us in and started explaining various features of the room. This felt unnecessary and made us uncomfortable, especially when he even went into the bathroom and doing something and when i entered he continued his explanations doubtfully. I've stayed in many 5-star hotels, and no staff has ever followed us into the room after handing over the key. I feel the hotel management should address this by ensuring staff do not enter rooms after guests check in; there’s no need to explain anything inside the room unless specifically requested by guests. It was a pleasant stay. The hotel was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the other food options were also delicious. The staff was friendly, and the service was exceptional. The restaurant was very good, although it felt a bit cramped due to limited space.

this untidy used room was given for us to freshen up though there were cleaned rooms available. pathetic behavior. our room's door lock was not working and the staff told they don't have any other room and we can leave it open when we go out as it is safe.
