A very good property. Cozy rooms and great food but management is very poor. Staff whether manager or waiter, everyone was arrogant and illiterate. They were just arguing with us on every issue and they were passing sarcastic comments. Denied us to provide gst invoice. They don't even know how to talk to guest. At end property is good, chefs are good but I won't recommend anyone to visit as class of property depends on its staff and here staffs are pathetic.

pros-I would recommend this for family. I have stayed in Emarald room. Special thanks to Mr Deepak Yadav for early check in and late check out. Staff were polite and cooperative. Cons- Hot water was not there. Toiletries except one soap is not there, as per the price of room. wifi was most of the time connected but not available open lawn area
