The area of this hotel is kind of messy, also the hotel located inside,so we should go through a narrow way. Also there is no parking space. The hotel was too good, kind of simple and clean. Main Staff(owner) was good with costomers. Room are okay, it's clean and the cupboards are having many small cockroaches, which made me to keep my things on bed itself. Washroom are clean and good, from main tap water was leaking a bit. One hotel worker said to turnoff the main valve which location 6ft about frm floor. So that all water will stops, whenever we want firstly we should turn on that valve. Only these are my small issues, but the experience was good.

I will start with +ve Interior and Room(fit for price) so 4 cleanliness- 3.5 staff- 3.5 location - 2 ( 2 because it's close to Airport otherwise deserve 1, not at all recommended during covid situation. The locality is over crowded and locals doesn't follow social distancing discipline) breakfast includes only bread butter n tea/coffee.(plates, cups and other cutleries with lot of stains.)

worst hotel, room was not clean and the bath area was dirty. it was not cleaned after being used by the previous guest. staffs are very rude and I took a room from the reception and cleaned up by myself. there were some luggage on the shelf which was one of the staff's asset.

My stay was comfortable and satisfied with the service which they provided. The room was nice and clean. Didn't avail the breakfast in the hotel but free WiFi was provided. Have to mention that the hotel staff has helped me a lot for my medical issues. Hotel location was good.

I had a considerable stay in this property with nice & clean room however the washroom was small with less space. According to the room tariff facilities was decent.Hence I found hotel little costly. Service was nice and hotel location is convenient. No food facility.

bathrooms were very dirty it felt like it weren't washed for a long time. the staff comes in the evening and verifies to checkout the hotel but already we book a hotel of a specific day/days. but why they are asking for the checkouts?

Bathrooms were very dirty. Looks like they weren't washed for ages. Rooms too were not cleaned for long time. We had to literally ask to get clean linen. Showed free breakfast while booking but was not offered when reached the hotel.

Bed sheets are not cleaned properly. Smoking smell in the room, dustbins not properly cleaned before hand over the room. No phone in the room. But overall Bastille value for money.

The package shows the breakfast facility but the hotel denies and says we don't provide breakfast so don't go with breakfast package and waste your money

The space in this room is not even worth for walking. you can see cockroaches everywhere. they gave us dirty duvets. no ventilation.
