This was the worst experience at hotel in my life. The room was dirty , the washroom ceiling was broken totally, No Wifi( asked at the reception , he said NO) , no intercom service, TV was not working, no handwash, the best thing is we asked them to clear our room, but room was not cleared, no RO water, No basic facilities like hair dryer, Bodywash in bathroom.. I need my money back. Attaching images of everything here.

best hotel in Amritsar , seriously i was curious before the stay but when i reached there , i was unable to differentiate between a five star hotel and this hotel , the rooms are very large , neat and clean , the services are g9od and the food is very tasty even though . Its very near to station , temple etc. I just recommend it to everyone

Nice place to stay. Booked there for a day, good service, neat and clean rooms, well- maintained. Staff is courteous. Only drawback is the distance from main city area. But overall, recommended to stay.
