Hotel stay was totally disappointed this time earlier last year it was awesome staff not cooperated service very poor n slow even Balti n cup was not available n called to reception and answer was we don't have. even u are charging for that service that u r not providing to customer and if you ordered smthing will reach to you after 1 hr minimum
