We have booked this hotel reading many reviews from co-travelers but disappointed with their service, location wise good and little far away from town, hotel food is not really good, we have booked hotel with breakfast and dinner option, they don't have buffet and they bring a menu card which they say very few items are covered under your booking. I suggest not to book with breakfast and dinner option. No wifi and no proper 3G signal from mobile operators. Room heater is not really good, you may feel too much cold. This hotel need to improve their service, you will find some one shouting at hotel staff in reception area very frequently due to their false promises.

It's really good and strategically located with good mount view and neat to market and Nrisingh temple. The owners Semwal's are really good and give personalised attention to their customers. They were really helpful and guiding rightly during lad slide / people getting stranded when we were there on 19th/ 20th May. Overall it was really good and homely atmosphere.

Cleanliness was below average. Dirty bed sheets, pillows, etc. Half of the electrical sockets were not operational. No electric kettle in the room in a standard room. I had breakfast in the hotel, food quality was good. Internet speed was good. I booked a standard room, I don't think it was worth it. There are a lot of better options available.

The only thing good were the rooms, rest aminities were pathetic, TV didn't work, no channels nothing, light was going all the time, food was not available that we wanted to eat, what was available was poor quality. Will not recomend this hotel considering there are lot many options available

hotel denied booking yesterday and after so much conversation with them they offered me the room i showed you in pics I uploaded.... pathetic experience ....I stayed in a near by hotel when they denied checkin.....also I want my money back every thing in mentioned above

Staff were not well trained. Manager was a good person. Food was below average. There is no wifi except on ground floor. On an average deserves 2.5 but giving 3 starts due to manager behavior.

Good location on the main road in joshimath. stay in joshimath and travel to auli via ropeway. Other options available to hire cab from joshimath to auli also.

Honestly, this looks like more of a lodge than a hotel. Definitely not worth the price. Don't go for the rooms in the basement you will regret it
