Moustache Shoja, Jibhi

stayed at moustache shoja on 12th and 13th february 2025, here are few things you should know before going to this place. 1. moustache shoja is 2 kms from the actual shoja village, so if you are using public transportation, then this might not be a good idea. 2. there is a electricity issue at this place, so there would be power cut for days, and you won't be able to get hot water or use there electric blankets. 3. they say that they will turn on the generator, but even if they turn it on for like couple of hrs and they will be like "petrol nahi hai hmare pass itna". 4. the place is in outskirts, so you will not get any outside food for atleast 3 kms, also there is an in-house cafe which is too expensive. 5. the timings of the in-house cafe are so worst that you won't get anything to eat after 9:45 pm and also no tea/coffee till 9 am in morning. 6. with all the issues, we least expected the staff people to be helpful, but that also didn't happen. 7. the generator is placed next to the delux room with balcony (which we booked), and there was so much noise when it was on(hardly for 2 hrs). 8. also when there was electricity, voltage fluctuation issue was there and we couldn't even charge our phones. these were my take aways from this place, please consider and clarify these things before visiting.

overall rating: 3/5✅ pros:1. great location with beautiful scenic views – peaceful and surrounded by nature.2. nice ambiance and décor – the property looks appealing at first glance.3. close to interesting spots – good for short local exploration.❌ cons:1. food is costly but tastes average, with long waiting times.2. no hot water or drinking water at night – basic amenities not readily available.3. no fans in the room – gets humid and uncomfortable during the night.4. insects spotted in the rooms – cleanliness needs improvement.5. loud music and noise at night – thin walls make it hard to sleep.6. no food available early morning or late night, which is inconvenient for travelers.⚠️ overall verdict:only stay here if no better options are available nearby.come for the view, but be prepared for a compromised experience when it comes to comfort and hospitality.⭐ overall rating: 3/5

I accidentally came to know about this property a day before my arrival at Shoja,i was skeptical but it made me feel like it was the best decision i have taken for my stay at Shoja. From cleanlines to maintaining aesthetics,Moustache Shoja was on point. One of the few hostel i have came across which was so so good in terms of hygiene,hospitality and vibes. This property is rich in its Hospitality by Mr.Yogesh,he is gem of a person who's on his toes always to make everything possible for you on one go. Highly recommended to the ones travelling to Jibhi/Shoja. Absolute Favourite!! Thanks!

It is such a beautiful property with the most prettiest views from the room and the cafe too. The room was so spacious and cozy. The food was top notch. Along with the hosts you get to meet the two friendly cats. The area is soo beautiful and this property comes as an add on to make your trip more memorable. You do not have to do anything if you are visiting shoja just book your rooms in Moustache Shoja take your cup of coffee or tea and sit in the balcony and enjoy the overwhelming views ❤️🥰 Everything..!! Must and mandatory visit
