Definitely deserve a 5star for the below features: 1. Huge and Clean rooms 2. very neat & hygienic washroom 3. very caring house keeper. Special mention to Jeevan for being so gentle, calm & hospitable 4. Ours was complimentary breakfast which was very homely and tasteful 5. Nice Parking space. 6. They even arranged an auto rickshaw for our day trip in madikeri. 7. Since it's a service apartment, u get dining area, couch area, kitchen, refrigerator, water purifier and a balcony 8. DEFINITELY A MUST STAY BUDGETED PLACE The room was huge and beautiful, yet cozy and comfy.

hers is my review. the apartment was very neat, and the rooms was very clean. there were 3 rooms in one flat and you get one flat for 1 booking.spacious common hall with dining table and all amenities like dining table, iron table oven, refrigerator, induction stove, utensils to cook at to serve , were all present.there were three balconies one at the kitchen, one common balcony and one outside the room.overall, i would recommend people to stay here for their visit, and i’m pretty sure they will never be disappointed with their choice.

It was a real home away from home. The caretakers had taken care of all the needs in the apartment. The rooms and the whole apartment was cleaned nicely on daily basis. The kitchen was well set for all necessities. It was a spacious room with balcony on third floor where we stayed. The caretakers were needed for the least of the times. We had extended the stay for one more day. Worth a place to stay in Madikeri.

It was an amazing experience . We were 4 people (2 couple) and stayed there for 2 days . We actually got the full house where we had the kitchen with all the amenities , the dining table and a hall where all of us could party and cook food on our end if we want to skip outside food . Everything was maintained very well and we it was a very reasonable deal . All of us loved the place . Had a lovely experience

1)Service was not good.(No staff for carrying the luggage) 2)phone was not working. 3)Breakfast was not up to mark(Sambhar was like just water)& Limited item were available only. 4)Room location was not good(no balcony probided in such a beautiful place like coorg where traveler just comes for natural views).

Room is quite decent but the windows are not in proper condition. There are few drawbacks in the room we stayed, the charing points are not at the ideal position and especially there's no lift and we have to carry our own luggage if you receive a room at top floor. Homely and service staff is good

room was clean but all the taps were broken. midnight restroom tap was broken and water entered into bedroom. All my bags were drenched. though the room was clean but all the taps were broken. one good thing is the caretaker. he was so kind enough and he aswered immediately in changing the room.

We got a great deal for this place for around 2000 rs, and at this price this place is a steal ! It's in the center of Madikeri, close to all local sight seeing, shopping and restaurants. The place itself is nice, has a kitchen and living room as well and the host is nice and helpful too :)

we were 4 , including 2 kids and most of the time we were traveling and stayed only at nights. the room was relatively small for us but adjustable. The breakfast needs to be improved. staff's behavior to the guest was very courteous

The room that was provided to us was VERY DAMP. Though it was a bright sunny day BUT all the walls, bedsheets, pillows felt like wet due to DAMPNESS in the room. Breakfast was kind of average.
