I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Naaz. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. 1. Cleaning- Most Important point is Room is Clean or Not....This Is Perfect for Cleaning...Like Bed, Chair, Table, Wash Basin, Bucket, Mirrors....Every Item Clean 2. Staff is Very Good and Supportive 3. Towel is Also Provided 4. Mall Road is 2 KM or This Hotel is Between on Mall Road..... 5. Opposite This Hotel Food Facility is Always Available...... 6. Bike and Scooty Nearly Available....i am Asking Bike (Scooty Rent-500 Rupee or Bullet Rent- 1000 Rupee)(Timeling- 9 AM to 8 PM) 7. Mussoorie Govt Bus Stand is Near 8. The hotel stay was very good. The hotel is on the Mall Road itself very close to the main market. The staff was very polite. We reached very early at about 7.30 am in the morning still the staff managed to get us checked-in early at this hour. The facilities were good. The only factor odd was that the standard room is in basement and there was no proper source of having sunlight in the room some people may find it bit off. But to us it was fine since majority of day time was spent visiting locations. The cleanliness was also good.

Stay was nice, staff was really good..it's really near to Mall road hardly 20m away.. so many food is available near by hotel. although view is not available from the room.The only problem is no vehicle is allowed in mall road,so its hard to reach to hotel from drop point to hotel. If u are planning to come to Mussoorie so please avoid bringing much luggage and must bring winter wears.👍

Stayed at Hotel Naaz for 3 nights and loved the experience. The Super Deluxe room was comfortable and spacious, and the Bathroom was clean with all the amenities. The prime location is the best part about the hotel because it's right in the center of Mall Road. Also, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly Recommended!

The stay was good and the staff is very accomodating . We needed a late check out as our train was at 16:55 Pm and they agreed . We would love to come back and stay at hotel naaz whenever we are back in mussoorie :) There was nothing to dislike . Everything was good about our stay

The room was very dirty, The toilet was dirty and smelly. The biggest problem was that the room in the basement, there was no natural air or sunlight.
